Terms and Conditions for Ioshka Media Digital Marketing Services

  • Google My Business: We assist in creating and managing Google My Business profiles, optimizing them for local search and improving online visibility for local businesses.
  • Custom Website Development: We offer website development services tailored to the unique requirements of our clients, focusing on user experience, functionality, and visual appeal.
  • Mobile App & Web Development: We develop mobile applications and responsive websites to provide seamless user experiences across various devices.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities:

  • Access and Cooperation: The client must provide Ioshka Media with necessary access to their website, social media accounts, and relevant resources to perform the services effectively. The client agrees to cooperate and provide timely feedback, approvals, and information as needed.
  • Account Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account information for social media and PPC advertising platforms.
  • Content Creation: If content creation is part of the agreed services, the client must provide any necessary materials, such as text, images, and videos, in a timely manner. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance: The client acknowledges that Ioshka Media will perform the services in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The client is responsible for ensuring that their own content and advertising materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees and Payment:

  • Service Fees: The client agrees to pay Ioshka Media the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. Fees may vary based on the scope and duration of the services.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Ioshka Media may require an initial deposit or full payment before commencing work. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in a temporary suspension of services.
  • Taxes: The client is responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or other similar taxes, related to the services provided by Ioshka Media.

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property:

  • Client Content: The client retains all intellectual property rights to their own content provided to Ioshka Media for the purpose of the services. The client grants Ioshka Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the provision of the services.
  • Ioshka Media Content: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in any content created or provided by Ioshka Media in connection with the services remain the property of Ioshka Media.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information received from the other party as confidential. This obligation shall continue even after the termination of the Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability
